Gift of a tied-up elf, for the Sea Empress

My'u so'o T'ai, the Sea Empress sometimes takes on the form of a gargantuan sea dragon, made of waves, coral and foam. She is one of the prime sea elf deity. To appease Her, it was common practice for sailors to present bound elves as offerings, which marked the origin of a long tradition of rope form rituals.
